Is my boyfriend falling out of love?

He use to text me alot everyday but now he seldom text me, whenever i text him, he dont reply back and make excuses like he's busy. I cant believe he need 2 days to reply that. If i ask him question he dont answer back at all. Recently, he want to have , i told him to wait till marriage, i think he get frustrated and this is when he start to ignore my text. I do call him but he reject it. i dont want to text him anymore because i feel like i'm texting a numb. Any opinon?
