How much would beethoven or Mozart records be worth in the year of 2011?

I have a large collection of LPs that I have tried for quite while to sell, and have quit trying. The BEST offers I got from dealers - and those are few and far between - was perhaps 25 cents an album. These are fine performances by great artists, and the records are in excellent condition. I am now donating them to two college music majors who are brothers - I taught them both - and they are going to carry about 500 of these out of my basement - the deal is, take them ALL - and they can then drive them up to their college, and let the students there choose what they wish - and dispose of the rest as they see fit. So - unless you know someone who will take these, you literally cannot give them away.
