Is it okay to fan the ventilation hole of the laptop?

I've recently bought the acer aspire 5750g along with cooler master U2.The left side of the laptop is always hot so i put the two fans there but the problem is that's where the ventilation hole is? is this okay as the fan is blowing air towards it? Help please im worried.
