1996 Plymouth Voyeger Dashboard lights off and radio have no power ?

I have 1996 Plymouth Voyger with 140k miles and I took the radio out and installed a new one, but now I have no dash lights at night with my headlights on, and the radio dosen't work since there seems to be no power to the radio, is it fuse or something else expensive?
