Baby Born With "Sparkles" ?

okay ; i know this sounds rediculous , but i had my daughter november 28, 2010 . i never smoked , drank , did drugs , had caffine ... nothing ; always took my vitamins & took very good care of myself while i was pregnant . anyways , when my daughter was born ; the nurse placed her under the heat lamp & was cleaning her up ... she stopped and started rubbing my daughter 's back as if something was wrong ; when my fiance asked if everything was okay ; the nurse showed my fiance my daughter's back & there were gold sparkles all over her back & they wouldn not come off ; the nurse turned to my dr & asked if she had ever seen such a thing , & confused , the dr said " never . " - she was actually born a week early on my grandfather 's birthday ; whom i was VERY close to * she still gets sparkles ( little specs of gold/blue glitter ) on her to this day ; mostly on her face & scalp . i give her baths when i see them ; but they don't come off , or reappear * she doesn't have clothes with glitter on them , nor do i ; so nothing is rubbing off - has anyone EVER heard of this ? serious answers only please *
