99 Plymouth Neon Wont Start? Turns Over New Plugs and Wires but Wont Start HELP!!?

Had #2 Plug and Wire Bad Replaced them Ran Fine for 3 Days Went on a Long Trip. Next Morning it Wouldnt Start. It Trys to But Wont go all the Way and Start. Any Advice? I Pray its not the Fuel Pump as thats Big $$
