Please help? headache since tuesday night?

i'm 14. i've had a headache since tuesday night. i've taken ibuprofen for it and it relieves it for about 2 hours then it comes back. usually its on the top of my head and the back. my parents said it could be sinus, but i was thinking i'm not congested. if it gets any worse they said they'll schedule an appointment with my doctor. i'm also nervous it could be something serious; so can you guys help me out? thank you so much :)
