I am looking to beef up my jeep on a budget. What should I do?

I wouldn't go with more then 33inch tires(bigger tires are hard on the axles) so you will only need a 4inch lift.That will make it look very aggressive,and that alone will cost close to $2000 depending on tire and wheel combo.With those tires you will have to get some wider fender flares so that is another $300,I doubt these upgrades will add much value.
