CGFNS International prgram.?

I have a sister how is an Ouppational therapist in Colombia. I found a program call CGFNS International, they do visa screems, credential evalution and certification for OTs and other health professions, so it is easy to get an occupational visa in the US.I would like to know if somebody has done this program and which anes are the steps to follow in orden to get and occupational visa for OTs.
