Agressive/alpha female to other dogs only?

its very very normal for this to happen. It shows she loves you and your safety. But to solve this I had my dog on a gentle leader and just constantly got them near dogs. I pet them and they were nice to me and my dog went nuts but hes a lot better now than back then.
