Building a big creek and using it for water power?

Hi I am just asking how much you think building a big creek on a 100 acre lot of land would be to build for a water turbine to make electricity, I wanna build a creek for hydropower generation, put solar panels to make power for water heating, have a well to save on taxes, use geothermal energy for heating and cooling the house, and wood fireplace for redundancy in the winter, 1 20 kilowatt wind turbine and a loremo car that uses 170 MPG of gasoline... how much do u think all that would cost? wanna make a wind,water, and solar system.
