I am in the middle of trying to get flat abs and lose my love handles! What are some foods I can eat that DO NOT contain added sugars and refined carbs? I do not eat breakfast, I have a breakfast essentials drink every morning and every now and then I might have a salad for lunch but I usually don't eat lunch either. I just need some healthy recipes or ready made food that I can have for dinner that don't have refined cards or added sugars! Please Help!
