Is there a good place to create custom stickers online?

i want to make a custom sticker that just has one phrase on it. kinda like an i ride for kevin sticker. very similar to that and all i want is to buy 3 custom made stickers that i can put on my snowboard. i want to be able to make the size 5 by 3 and customize the font color. does anyone have any good suggestions?
