Is there a west coast biker gang that uses just a skull and crossbones as their symbol?

I keep seeing a lot of bikers around with a simple Skull and Crossbones (no pistons in place of bones or anything) on their backs. They don't have any other patches or rockers. They often have skull faced bandannas on.
